There have been some discussions about a team moving to Quebec. One lucky Canadian city is going to get an NHL team in 2010, and I think Quebec has a good chance, based on the pretty good attendance the Nordiques used to get. So this is a drawing for a new arena in Quebec City, Quebec. It would seat 18,800 and have standing room for 500 more, for a total capacity of 19,300. The arena would have 54 suites, above the lower bowl. The upper deck would have 9,400 seats and the lower level would have 8,600 seats, including 1,080 club seats.
