Park Chu Young: The striker moved from Monaco to a premier league club is a big deal for both the South Korean and Arsenal FC. As a South Korean playing for the gunners, Arsenal a set to retain and even get more fans and even some revenues in Arsenal kits being sold in Korea. As to whether Park Chu Young will quickly adapt to Premier League playing style as compared to league one and considering he might have been a quickly available player for Arsene Wenger to bring in faster.

Per Mertesacker: The defender moved from Werder Bremen on final premier transfer days. He has played for two previous world cup final and in both reached semi-finals. He will be set to bring his experience and Bundesliga tackling style. Per Mertesacker as a defender he will quickly adapt at Premier league more easily than a striker. Werder Bremen was not and is not a usually title contender and Mertesacker won’t be that much trophy oriented. This will give him opportunity to play without pressure and may be in case cost Arsenal having a less ambition player. May be competition for place in first team will help him player well week after week, only if there will be competition.

Andre Dos Santos: Having sold there left back Gael Clichy to Manchester City, Arsenal will have this position covered with the signing of Andre Dos Santos from Fenerbahce. Ashley Cole position was well covered by Gael Clichy and Santos will be set to be the permanent Arsenal left back if he manages to outclass Kieran Gibbs. He runs on left flank will be vital for attacks generation and crosses that will be fetching sharp headers in the penalty box, defensively less is known of him when faced with top right wingers. The Brazilian and German international player are tasked with healing the porously Arsenal defence.

Mikel Arteta: The former Everton Midfielder set to put on shoe or Samir Nasri or Cesc Fabregas and play role in preventing Arsenal humiliation and even win something or at least reclaim Emirates cup. His experience in premier league is vital, Mikel Arteta only need to adapt to Arsenal playing style which is unique in England.
